Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of CoolFund LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Active paying members receive weekly sweepstakes entries according to their membership tier:

Membership fees are charged on a recurring monthly basis. Entries are allocated at the start of each drawing week. Cancellation of membership mid-cycle does not entitle the member to a prorated refund of entries.
To enter without a purchase, visit the Free Entry (AMOE) page for complete mail-in instructions. Mail-in entries receive the same odds of winning as paid membership entries submitted during the same drawing period. Limit one free mail-in entry per envelope per drawing period.
Drawings are held weekly, every Sunday at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (ET). Winners are selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during that week's entry period. CoolFund LLC reserves the right to modify the drawing schedule with reasonable advance notice posted on the website.
Weekly cash prizes are awarded to winners of each drawing. Prize amounts are subject to change at the sole discretion of CoolFund LLC and will be announced prior to each drawing period. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution of prizes is permitted, except at the sole discretion of CoolFund LLC.
All prizes are subject to applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Winners are solely responsible for all taxes associated with receipt of a prize.
Potential winners will be notified by email at the address on file within 48 hours of the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within 5 business days, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within 14 days of notification.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during each drawing period. No minimum number of entries is required. Each entry has an equal chance of being selected in a given drawing.
CoolFund LLC donates 15% of gross membership revenue to its designated charity partner(s). The identity of charity partners and the allocation of donations may change at CoolFund LLC's discretion. Charitable contributions are made by CoolFund LLC and are not contingent on any individual purchase or entry.

All disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the courts located in the State of Delaware. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
This sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. CoolFund LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond CoolFund LLC's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the sweepstakes, as determined by CoolFund LLC in its sole discretion.
